We want you to love your Pura Vida pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original packaging with tags attached to receive a full refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original mailer or a secure box, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
